budget in paragovernment sector for simple project

Project co-financed by my institution. 77 thousand euros. Total project cost: more than 100 thousand euros.
Per diem paid to a president of an association of women in Uganda, for a meeting of 8 days: 512 euros.

The project? Empowerment. That is. Giving visibility and facilitating decision making of women through internet. That is.
Procure hardware for 9 offices in Africa. (Let's say, 9 computer).
A subscription for one year to internet ADSL (one year, after ?)
Training of 26 people, total 80 hours.

Let's say. 1000 euros per new computers, around 10000 euros.
So 90.000 shared for training + expense + others : more than 1000 euros per hour...
I wonder how much could spend an NGO in the same situation.

Again, it looks like that, no matter of who or where, the more money, the more important, the more credible, and so on.
My beloved low cost orientation has been stretched and got poisoned by being low relatively to which is the financing institution...

Anway, I will continue to do my best, and learn.
At least to behave differently, that being that sticked to ideals and principles being frustrated, I risk to end up to be perseived as selfish, and boring.
